- Technology Leadership: Championed full 3D modeling in OpenRoads to analyze subsurface utility conflicts early, reducing risk and avoiding costly redesigns.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Developed innovative solutions for additional stormwater quality credits to meet environmental compliance.
- Comprehensive Oversight: Directed roadway design, traffic signal design, stream restoration, survey, emergency utility location, structural review, property appraisals, and two value engineering studies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Led coordination between the City of Newport News, developers, and multiple disciplines—ensuring alignment and smooth approvals.
